We don't need your address unless you're asking for a brochure or other material to be mailed. We respond to all inquiries — media or otherwise — as quickly as we can. Including deadline information helps us to prioritize requests, but please try to give us a little advance notice. A day's notice is much easier to arrange than an hour's notice.

Tell us if phone contact is preferred. Otherwise, especially if we're busy, we may fire back an e-mailed response to help you beat your deadline. Please be kind enough to correct simple typos in e-mailed comments for publication, as we're not all journalists like you.
